Even

"Careful!"

Cameron grunts at Jackson's worry for his fragile and yet cumbersome possessions. "Why am I helping you move?"

Jackson rips open another box and starts shelving books. "Because it is partially your fault that I missed the Daedalus."

Sheepish. "Still angry about that?"

Jackson's tight-lipped smile is an affirmative.

"After this are we even?" Cameron can't imagine that missing Atlantis really equals eight hours of moving Jackson back into his apartment. Maybe five hours, but eight?

"Oh. Maybe." Jackson licks his lips, a glint in his eye. There's something in that glint that makes Cameron hope they aren't even.
