"Careful!"

Cameron grunts at Jackson's worry for his fragile and yet cumbersome possessions. "Why am I helping you move?"

Jackson rips open another box and starts shelving books. "Because it is partially your fault that I missed the Daedalus."

Sheepish. "Still angry about that?"

Jackson's tight-lipped smile is an affirmative.

"After this are we even?" Cameron can't imagine that missing Atlantis really equals eight hours of moving Jackson back into his apartment. Maybe five hours, but eight?

"Oh. Maybe." Jackson licks his lips, a glint in his eye. There's something in that glint that makes Cameron hope they aren't even.

Very nice, and I can just see the two of them. Cam doing all the heavy lifting and Daniel supervising.

I was going to ask why it took them eight hours to move Jackson's stuff back in but then I remembered all the artefacts and knick-knacks he has, so never mind. Hope Cam didn't break anything valuable - because that would be something else he'd have to make up for!

Ha! It's probably taken me that long to move before. I imagine it easily taking Daniel 8 hours to move, especially if it's just the two of them (and Daniel is making Cameron do most of the carrying).
