Title: Whedonverse Limerick Project: Angel

Rating: I’m slapping a generic PG-13 on all of these even though most are PG
Notes: These limericks are considered spoilers for the following episodes: “Smile Time,” “A Hole in the World,” and “Origin” (Season 5). Spoilers for shows that have already aired are elements that reveal the plot of a story or the fate of a character or pairing. Each limerick is titled with season and episode title.
Awards: Won Third Place for Angeliest Limerick.
Whedonverse Limerick Project: Angel
Angel, Season 1: "War Zone" & Season 2: "First Impressions"
The bravest hero is never afraid to stab it,
strong like a tiger and quick like a rabbit.
He is tried and true,
though only a few
can compare to the likes of David Nabbit.
3rd place for Angelist Limerick
Angel, Seasons 2-5
There are several unusual OTPs:
Like Fred and her coat, and Wesley and tea,
Gunn and his Ford,
Spike loves his clipboard,
and there's Nina and the Angel dolly.
Angel, Season 5: “Smile Time”
Spike begs for the heavens above
for something to give Angel a shove.
Because Spike's heart did melt
over the beauty of felt
and the wonders of puppet love.
Angel, Season 5: “A Hole in the World” & “Origin”
“Are you bloody well out of your gourd?
I said, ‘No touching my clipboard.’
I know it’s blue
Just like you
But it’s not for Ilyria the demon lord.”
